Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

A right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:


  • Custom-made products

  • individually tailored products

  • custom-made components

  • damaged or installed goods
