All orders placed in the REVIMAG online shop are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Directive.

That means:
You have 14 days to cancel your order without giving any reason and return the goods.

Return conditions
To receive a full refund, the goods should be returned unused, undamaged, and preferably in their original packaging. All accessories (e.g., magnets) should be included.


Compensation may be claimed for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary for examining their condition, properties and functionality.
